Saudi MoJ launches Virtual Notarial Office
Source: MOJ Saudi
The Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has launched the Virtual Notarial Office to facilitate
notarial services, save clients’ time and effort, and eliminate the need for in-person
visits. The initiative is part of the ministry's digitalization efforts under Saudi Vision 2030.
“The Virtual Notarial Office strives to improve procedures, quality and efficiency of
notarial services, as well as enhancing client satisfaction,” the MoJ said.
“It allows individuals and corporations to access notary services for powers of attorney,
declarations and real estate through entirely digital processes.”
Available through the Najiz.sa portal, the Virtual Notarial Office can be accessed by
going to “Notarial Services” on the portal, clicking “Virtual Notarial Office,” and filling out
the notarial form. The MoJ’s notarial team will examine the application, and the parties
certify the form by SMS sent to registered phone numbers.
