Mubarak joined the firm in 2025 as a Legal Assistant and Trainee Lawyer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Saudi Electronic University and is currently completing his High Diploma in Law Practice under the Lawyer Qualification Program accredited by the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia. He is also certified as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
Prior to entering the legal field, Mubarak gained over six years of experience in administrative and project management roles in the private sector, including direct contracting work with Saudi Aramco. His background includes project management, documentation control, financial operations, human resources, procurement, and compliance.
He brings a solid foundation in legal knowledge, leadership, analytical thinking, and strong bilingual communication skills. At the firm, he continues to develop his expertise through practical legal work in research, drafting, contract review, and preparing technical and financial proposals for tenders.
